Not to toot my horn, but today feels like a good day to reflect. Today, I’m comfortable using most support tools, and even when a tool is new, I understand how to learn it fast and fit it into a support workflow. The journey pushed me to upskill intentionally, and I’m grateful for the growth so far. Still learning. Still improving.
