I’ve been thinking about what actually makes someone unique, and it comes down to the specific set of attributes they naturally bring to their work. For me, that strength shows up in developing ideas and refining strategy. I tend to look at what already exists, identify what can be improved, and refine it into something clearer and more effective. This isn't starting from scratch, but more about making ideas stronger and more useful. That process of tweaking, sharpening, and giving direction, is where I naturally add the most value. It's where I turn something that’s already in motion into something more focused and impactful. At the same time, I’ve realized that growth also comes from being aware of your weaker areas and working on them over time, so you become more rounded in how you operate. Knowing your unique strengths clearly, using them with confidence, and continuously improving everything around them is how you become sought after.
