Everybody keeps saying customer service is easy — especially those "Is it not just to attend to customers"
But… is it really?
AI can already explain things. It can tell you what #customerservice and support is and how it works.
So should we now only talk about tools, escalations, and KPIs?
That makes sense if people already understand what good service & support looks like.
But what about those who don’t?
What about people still trying to figure out what customer service is actually about?
📌 Abandoning the basics isn’t the answer.
We just need to talk about them differently.
For example:

✅ After dealing with real customers for years, here’s what customer service & support really is (and what it isn’t)
One sounds like a textbook.
The other sounds like experience.
📢 #Customerservice & #support fundamentals are not outdated.
What’s outdated is explaining them like everyone is in a classroom.
