😂😂😂 See ehn, this thing looks like cruise but there’s actually serious marketing happening here. One thing I enjoy studying about Duolingo is how they leverage user psychology. Imagine someone saying “Duolingo broke up with me” instead of “I haven’t used the app in a while.” That’s not ordinary. Somewhere along the line, the product stopped feeling like a product and started feeling like a relationship. Through notifications, streaks, funny messages, emotional blackmail 😂 and all those little interactions, they’ve made users feel seen and remembered. The funny thing is that people now market the app for them without even realizing it. Someone shares a post like this, another person laughs, downloads the app to see what the hype is about, and the cycle continues. That’s why I always say the best marketing is not always convincing people to buy. Sometimes it’s making people feel something. Once people become emotionally attached, they naturally prioritize your product. And when people start talking about your brand like it’s a person, you’ve won half the battle already. Na why this Duolingo bird no dey spend all its time advertising. The users have become the marketing team. 😂 Crazy stuff when you think about it. Happy weekend people ✌🏽
