THIS IS THE KIND OF ROOM YOU SHOULD BE IN... As we step into the second half of the year, here's one thing I believe every ambitious person should prioritize: The rooms you choose to enter. You can't desire growth and continue to stay in the same environment, around the same conversations, while expecting different results. Some opportunities don't come through job applications, They come through rooms. Rooms where your perspective is challenged. Rooms where you meet people whose journeys remind you that your goals are possible. Rooms where you stop thinking small because everyone around you is thinking bigger. I've come to realize that the right room can give you things money cannot buy, I’m talking about Access, Relationships, Mentorship, Confidence, Opportunities etc So, be intentional about being in rooms that: • Challenge the way you think. • Introduce you to people ahead of you. • Expose you to opportunities you didn't know existed. • Inspire you to become a better version of yourself and • Make you leave with more than you came with. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity of being in some of these rooms, and it has connected me with opportunities and people from all walks of life.
